Once each year, we host an educational conference to familiarize customers and potential customers with new and perhaps under-used aspects of EPIC. Bingo managers and operators from all over the country gather to share ideas, procedures, and to ask tough questions of the EPIC authors. The seminar is ideal for novices and EPIC experts alike. This is the best option if you have several people at a variety of skill levels to train and wish to use your data in the process. Our trainer will come to your facility and provide customized training based on your direction.

You supply us with your training needs - such as who needs to be trained, what they need to learn, and when you would like to schedule a trainer. 

We’ll select the best trainer or trainers for your needs, estimate how long the training will take, and then send you a price quote. Trainers are available on a fee-per-day basis, plus reasonable and customary travel expenses.

Onsite training could also include a one-day Efficiency Analysis Review if you wish. The trainer will analyze your product usage and make recommendations as appropriate. These recommendations may include procedural changes, implementing some of the existing features of Epic not currently in use at your hall, or recommending add-on modules that you are not using. 

This is the best option if you have between one and four individuals who need intense hands-on-training on one or several specific aspects of The EPIC System.

We provide training sessions at our office where the class size is limited to 12 students. The students are provided course materials, access to EPIC using test data, and individual attention.  

Course fees are based on the type and level of content and are charged per-student.

This is the best option if you have one or two individuals that need training on a very specific issue or a manager who needs an overview of the system. 

You determine your training needs and call or email your request.

We determine the best trainer, schedule the event, and send you a user name, password and phone number to call.

You will need a PC with IE5 and access to the Internet. If you are using a dial-up connection, you will also need a second telephone line to phone us while you are online. A high-speed Internet connection is preferred for optimum performance.  (Cable modem, ISDN, DSL, T1, Fractional T1)

Your system may be required to load a small application which will occur automatically. You will then see the trainer's PC screen. This is called a "shadow" session.

You then place a call to your trainer at the phone number provided.

Your trainer then takes you through the training over the phone, while you view their PC screen and interact with them via the web interface.
