Knowing that you may have support needs at any hour of
the day or night, we offer our clients 24-hour telephone technical
support. Help is only an (800) number call away! The
majority of all support calls are resolved within 24-48 hours. If
necessary, we can dial-in via modem and take control of a networked PC
to fix most problems that cannot be solved over the phone. If you
call after regular business hours, your call
will be answered by our automated dispatch system where you may leave
your name, phone number and a brief description of why you are calling. Our on-call support representative will be notified immediately and will
usually respond to your request for help within 20 minutes.

clients with a valid technical support agreement and to other
authorized technical support personnel.
