Please fill out the following form to register for EPIC University 2007 being held March 5, 2007 at South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, NV. Please submit one form for each attendee. We do not accept payments online, but will contact you for your payment information after we process your registration request. We accept checks or Visa M/C as payment options. If you would like us to send you an invoice, please include the PO # below. The registration fee is $349 per attendee ($325 for those registering by November 30, 2006).
